ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR January 30-31, 2010 Fourth Sunday of the Year 2010
 

FEAST OF ALTAGRACIA: Today we are celebrating the feast of Our Lady of All Graces (Altagracia) the patroness of the Dominican Republic. Special prayers are being offered for our brothers and sisters from the Dominican Republic. May God grant them peace, joy and health of mind and body.

TAX EXEMPTION LETTER: Registered Parishioners of St. Angela Merici Church, who wish to receive a letter of Tax exemption, should call or come to the Parish office and talk to Marcia Correa. Don’t forget to provide your personal envelop number.

OUR PATRONESS: We will celebrate the feast of our patroness, Saint Angela Merici, on Saturday, January 30th 2010, with a bilingual mass that will begin at 6:30pm. We shall have one mass only on that day.

CCD CLASSES RESUMED: We would like to inform the Parents and Guardians with children in our religious education program (CCD) that we have resumed our normal CCD class schedule of Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays of each week.

BROCHURES: Whoever wishes to place a Brochure in or at the back of our Church must get permission from the Pastor St. Angela before doing so. However only relevant Brochures to our Catholic Christian Worshipers may be considered if found necessary to be placed in the Church.

SILENCE: Silence is great and very helpful for meditation and prayer life. It is the responsibility of each Christian to avoid all occasions of unnecessary chatting in church. It is a Christian duty to honor and respect the place of worship. A period of genuine silence is necessary when preparing ourselves for holy mass and other liturgical celebrations.
