16th SUNDAY OF ORDINARY TIME

REGISTRATION FOR CCD: We have begun our annual Registration of children and Adults who wish to join our religious education classes CCD to receive any of the sacraments of initiation: Baptism, Holy Communion and confirmation. Registration is done in our parish office. CCD Classes will begin on September 4th 2010
CCD forms are provided in the back of the Church for all Children and Adults who wish to register and join our Religious education program (CCD).

CELEBRATION: The Christian group known as “Cursillos de Cristiandad” of the Archdiocese of New York, will celebrate it annual traditional ceremony, known as “Ultreya del Campo” on August 15th 2010.
Place: El santuario Mariano Don Bosco Heverstraw New York. Bus transport fare: $ 15 dollars per person. Time of departure: 8:00AM.

PARISH FAMILY STREET FAIR: On July 31st 2010 we will celebrate our Parish Family Street fair. All the parishioners of St. Angela Merici Catholic Church are encouraged to start preparing for this event by contacting and bringing different types of business services and connections to boost this great street fair. HELP NEEDED: Please we are requesting for the donation of used and new handicapped equipments for the elderly, the sick and for the people who are physically challenged. Whoever has any used handicapped equipment in the house that is not being used, can please donate it to the church for the people in need. One can consider donating any of the following equipments: Wheelchair, Crutches, Mobility Scooter, Cane, Trolley walker, power chairs, etc. Please bring the donated equipment to our parish office. HISPANIC CONGRESS: This year’s Hispanic Congress will be celebrated on August 21rd 2010 at the National Shrine of divine Mercy.
Bus transport fare: $ 40 dollars per person. Time of departure: 7:00AM. The Faithful who consider making a pilgrimage to the National Shrine of divine Mercy for the Hispanic Congress should contact Mary Luz Morel at 646-529-4831.
