ANNUAL STEWARDSHIP APPEAL 2012: Saint Angela Merici Church always supports the Appeals of the Archdiocese of New York very generously each year. For this year’s annual Stewardship appeal, pa-rishioners will again receive special envelops for this important collection. Thank you so much for your cooperation and generosity.

BAPTISM IN FEBRUARY: We would like to inform all those Parents and guardians who wish to have their infant children baptized during the month of February that our monthly baptisms in February will be done on Sunday Febru-ary 19th before Ash Wednesday. Please register your infants for baptism early enough before that date. During the season of lent we shall not have our monthly Baptisms. However only emergency baptisms will be celebrated during lent.

APPRECIATION DINNER: All Parishioners of St. Angela Merici Catholic Church are hereby invited by our Pastor Fr. Nestorio, to an appreciation dinner which is scheduled to take place on Sunday February 19, 2012 at 3.00 p.m. This will be a great opportunity for the pastor to say thanks to all of you parishioners of Saint Angela Merici for your great cooperation and contributions to our church. You are all welcome for that day of appreciation and amusements.

ASH WEDNESDAY: The celebration of this year’s Ash Wednesday will be on February 22nd 2012. It will mark the beginning of the season of Lent. The sched-ule for Masses as well as the distribution of Ashes for Ash Wednesday has been set as follows: 8:30 am. Mass and Ashes St .Angela Merici School. 10:00 am. Mass and Ashes /concourse nursing Home. 1:00 pm Mass in English and Ashes – 7:30 pm Mass in Spanish and Ashes

TAX EXEMPTION LETTER: Registered Parish-ioners of St. Angela Merici church that wish to re-ceive a letter of Tax exemption should call or come to the parish office and talk to Marcia Correa. Please don’t forget to provide your envelop number.

PRESIDENTS’ DAY: On Presidents’ Day Monday February 20st 2012,our daily mass will be celebrated at 9:30AM. We shall not have Mass at 1:00pm on that day.

CHRISTIAN CELEBRATIONS: Parishioners of both English and Spanish Mass that wish to celebrate international or national Christian Feasts, Solemnities, Memorials, Devotions, Patrons, Patronesses or Saints, should always feel free to discuss the possibility with the Pastor Father Nestorio so as to make earlier possi-ble arrangements and have the desired celebration in-cluded in the parish annual calendar.
